Best afternoon tea!

We had a fab afternoon tea to celebrate my friend's birthday. The staff made us feel super special, served us complimentary bubbly, and even let us take some cakes home! The atmosphere was just lovely. Only thing was, I wish we could've stayed longer to enjoy the spa facilities. Definitely a treat worth every penny!

I had a great stay where I could easily explore the charming Eastgate Clock just a few steps away and the fascinating Grosvenor Museum just a pleasant walk further, making my city adventures really enjoyable and convenient. The hotel provides a calm and elegant atmosphere that’s perfect for single travelers looking to unwind after busy days.

The staff provided exceptional service, being attentive and friendly throughout our stay. Our Classic Room was well-appointed, featuring comfortable bedding and thoughtful amenities that enhanced our comfort.

Breakfast choices were somewhat limited for dietary restrictions.

The room temperature control was frustratingly poor!!! A limited number of teabags and the absence of complimentary water were disappointing!!! the parking situation could be less chaotic!!! These are small details, but they matter!!!

The spacious Classic Room was a highlight, complemented by a lovely complimentary drinks tray featuring homemade biscuits. Location was excellent, allowing easy access to local attractions. Friendly staff were incredibly helpful, especially with our luggage while traveling with a young child. However, the facilities are starting to show some wear, and the cooked breakfast isn't included in the package, which was a disappointment.

the grosvenor is a little slice of heaven! the location is perfect, just a short walk to simon radley’s, which was amazing. our deluxe room was beautifully decorated and clean, and the comfy king-size bed made for a great night's sleep. The spa is fabulous too. i enjoyed a complete relaxing full body massage that genuinely eased my stress. the staff was incredibly attentive and made our stay memorable.

Had an amazing stay! The spa treatments were intense and relaxing, and I loved the gorgeous views from our rear-facing room. The evening meal at the Brassiere was deliciously presented, and the cocktails were fun and exciting.

We enjoyed afternoon treats with sweet pastries and delightful coffee before exploring Chester's charming streets. The staff rolled out the red carpet, making us feel like royalty, and the kids particularly loved our spacious, beautifully decorated room. Perfect for a family getaway!

In my wife’s opinion, a play area for kids would be great. The hotel could enhance amenities for families to ensure everyone feels catered for.

Unfortunately, the evening dining experience was marred by poor service where our starter was forgotten, and we received incorrect wine. The dessert fell short of expectations, feeling more like a supermarket selection than a gourmet offering.

Great stay for a special birthday!

Had such a nice time here for my wife's 40th bday! The Prince William suite was super spacious and comfy. The staff were really friendly and made us feel special, even left a cake and card for us. Breakfast was great too! Only thing was the spa had limited options since the steam room was closed.
